Description
The leaves are glossy, dark green, heart-shaped and appear in spring, turning yellow or yellow-green in the fall. As a rule, shade trees don't have very interesting flowers or a scent, but this hardy ‘Little Leaf’ Linden is the exception to the rule. Little Leaf’ Linden is widely used as a street tree due to its rapid growth rate, and often for residential landscaping. The ‘Little Leaf’ Linden is fairly tolerant to a wide range of site conditions and requires little maintenance.
