Description
American Sentry Linden (Tilia americana 'Sentry') — A strong, upright deciduous tree with a narrow pyramidal form, large heart-shaped leaves, and fragrant yellow flowers in summer. An excellent choice for boulevards, shade trees, and large landscapes where a more compact linden form is desired. Hardy, adaptable, and low maintenance, it performs best in full sun with well-drained soil. Mature size: 15–20 m (50–65 ft) tall × 6–9 m (20–30 ft) wide.
