Description
Center Glow® Ninebark (Physocarpus opulifolius 'Center Glow') — A hardy deciduous shrub prized for its striking foliage that emerges golden-yellow with burgundy edges before maturing to rich purple. Clusters of soft pinkish-white flowers bloom in late spring, followed by attractive red seed capsules that provide additional seasonal interest. Its upright, rounded habit and peeling bark make it an excellent choice for borders, foundation plantings, mixed shrub beds, and specimen plantings. Performs best in full sun to partial shade with well-drained soil. Mature size: 1.8–2.4 m (6–8 ft) tall × 1.8–2.4 m (6–8 ft) wide.
