Crimson King Maple (Acer platanoides 'Crimson King') — A striking deciduous tree with deep burgundy-purple foliage that holds its colour throughout the growing season. Its broad, rounded form provides excellent shade and makes a bold statement in larger landscapes, parks, and streetscapes. Hardy, adaptable, and low maintenance, it performs best in full sun with well-drained soil. Mature size: 12–18 m (40–60 ft) tall × 9–15 m (30–50 ft) wide.
