Description
Dwarf Bush Honeysuckle (Diervilla lonicera) — A hardy, low-growing deciduous shrub valued for its compact habit, attractive foliage, and excellent adaptability. Small yellow trumpet-shaped flowers appear in early summer and attract hummingbirds and pollinators. The foliage develops beautiful shades of yellow, orange, and red in fall, providing extended seasonal interest. Its dense, spreading growth makes it an excellent choice for borders, slopes, naturalized areas, woodland gardens, and low-maintenance landscapes. Performs well in full sun to partial shade and adapts to a wide range of soils. Mature size: 0.6–1 m (2–3 ft) tall × 1–1.5 m (3–5 ft) wide.
