James McFarlane Lilac (Syringa × prestoniae 'James Macfarlane') — A hardy deciduous shrub prized for its abundant clusters of fragrant, soft pink flowers that bloom in late spring to early summer. This Canadian-bred lilac features a vigorous upright habit, attractive dark green foliage, and excellent cold tolerance. Its large flower clusters and strong performance make it an excellent choice for flowering borders, hedges, specimen plantings, and cottage gardens. Performs best in full sun with well-drained soil.
