Description
Ohio Buckeye (Aesculus glabra) — A unique deciduous tree with large palmate leaves, showy yellow-green spring flowers, and attractive orange-red fall colour. Its rounded canopy and distinctive appearance make it an excellent shade tree or specimen planting for larger landscapes. Hardy and adaptable, it performs best in full sun to partial shade with moist, well-drained soil. Mature size: 12–18 m (40–60 ft) tall × 9–12 m (30–40 ft) wide.
