Description
Prairie Splendor Norway Maple (Acer platanoides 'Prairie Splendor') — A hardy deciduous shade tree with a strong upright form, dense branching, and large dark green leaves that develop attractive yellow fall colour. Selected for excellent cold tolerance and reliable performance, it is well suited for boulevards, streetscapes, and larger landscapes. Adaptable and low maintenance, it performs best in full sun with well-drained soil. Mature size: 12–18 m (40–60 ft) tall × 9–12 m (30–40 ft) wide.
