Description
Satomi Japanese Dogwood (Cornus kousa 'Satomi') — A beautiful ornamental tree with a graceful spreading form, dark green foliage, and showy rosy-pink bracts that appear in late spring to early summer. Its attractive peeling bark, red raspberry-like fruit, and brilliant red-purple fall colour provide multi-season interest. Hardy and adaptable, it is an excellent choice for specimen plantings, gardens, and feature landscapes. Performs best in full sun to partial shade with moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil.
