Description
Variegated Redtwig Dogwood (Cornus alba 'Elegantissima') — A hardy deciduous shrub prized for its striking green leaves edged in creamy white and brilliant red stems that provide outstanding winter interest. Clusters of small white flowers bloom in late spring, followed by white berries that attract birds. This vigorous, adaptable shrub adds year-round colour and texture to borders, hedges, naturalized areas, and mixed shrub plantings. Performs best in full sun to partial shade and tolerates a wide range of soil conditions, including moist sites. Mature size: 1.8–3 m (6–10 ft) tall × 1.8–3 m (6–10 ft) wide.
