Description
Yellowtwig Dogwood (Cornus sericea 'Flaviramea') — A hardy deciduous shrub prized for its bright yellow-green stems that provide exceptional winter interest after the leaves drop. Clusters of small white flowers appear in late spring, followed by white berries that attract birds. This vigorous, adaptable shrub has a spreading habit and is excellent for borders, naturalized plantings, rain gardens, erosion control, and adding winter colour to the landscape. Performs best in full sun to partial shade and tolerates moist soils. Mature size: 1.5–3 m (5–10 ft) tall × 1.5–3 m (5–10 ft) wide.
